This Privacy Policy explains how Coffee Tap Studio SRL, trading as Coffee Tap Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Kapturo native applications (on macOS and iOS) and our web portal (kapturo.app/portal) (collectively, the "Service").

Personal Data: When you create an account on our web portal, we collect your email address. This is used to manage your account, provide access to the Service, and communicate with you.
User Content: The core function of Kapturo is to capture content from your screen as you direct it. This includes text, images, and other data you choose to capture ("User Content"). This User Content is stored and processed to allow you to manage it and generate social media posts.
Usage Data & Non-Personal Data: We may collect information about how the Service is accessed and used. This includes your computer's IP address, browser type, device type, app version, and data on your interactions with the features of our Service. For our web portal, we use cookies to help operate and analyze the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for the following purposes:

To Provide and Maintain our Service: Your email is used for account creation and management. Your User Content is used to provide the central features of Kapturo, such as content storage, management, and post generation.
To Improve Our Service: We analyze usage data to understand how our users interact with Kapturo, which helps us fix issues and improve functionality, especially during the beta period.
To Communicate With You: We may use your email address to send you service-related updates, information about changes to our policies, and to respond to your support requests.
Third-Party AI Processing: To generate social media posts, your User Content is sent to be processed by third-party Large Language Models (LLMs). By using the generation feature, you consent to this processing.

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

With Third-Party AI Providers: As mentioned above, generating content requires sending your User Content to third-party AI services for processing.
With Service Providers: We may employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service, such as providing hosting, analytics, or customer support. These third parties have access to your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

As our company is based in the EU, you have rights under GDPR. You may request to access, modify, or delete your personal data at any time. You can manage and delete your User Content through the web portal.
